Community Notice Board

Looking to advertise your local event, charity or service? The Mt Gravatt Plaza Community Notice Board is available to use and is located in the corridor near Woolworths. For more information please contact Centre Management on (07) 3349 3388.

Envirobank Recycling Service

We’ve partnered with Envirobank, enabling you to recycle eligible bottles and cans for a 10-cent refund.

Returning your containers for a refund or reward is easy:

  1. Collect eligible containers.
  2. Sign up to Crunch to use the Dropn’Go service.
  3. Pack your eligible containers into an Envirobank orange bag, which can be purchased here, or your own durable bag. We do not recommend using regular plastic kitchen bags, as they can easily split.
  4. Download and print your own Drob’n’Go label from your Crunch account, and firmly attach the label to your bag. If you are using an Envirobank orange bag, a label is already attached.
  5. Visit the Envirobank Collection Bin in the carpark outside Woolworths. Log into Crunch and register your bags by scanning the QR Code on your bag labels.
  6. Place your registered bags in the pod, and expect to see a refund to your Crunch account within 7 working days.

Disabled Parking

Disabled car parking bays are located near all main entrances to the shopping centre.

Lost & Found

To enquire about lost and found property, please contact us on (07) 3349 3388 or visit the Centre Management Office on Level 1 near the customer lift.

Visiting with Children

Our Parents Rooms are located in the corridor near Woolworths and next to Australia Post. They have many facilities, including microwave, private feeding rooms and toilets.

Wheelchairs

Mt Gravatt Plaza provides complimentary wheelchairs for customer use whilst in the Centre. Customers only require current identification to borrow the equipment from the Centre Management office.
